Overview of collection and use

Aqurio collects several categories of personal information including:

• Identifiers — names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses.
• Customer records — contact and payment information for service purchases.
• Commercial information — purchase history and service usage data.

• Geolocation data — location information about individuals or devices.
• Audio, video, and electronic data — call recordings, photographs, and images processed on behalf of customers.

We use this information to deliver and maintain our services, conduct business operations, detect and prevent fraud and security incidents, send technical and administrative communications, and comply with applicable laws.

1. Customer data

Aqurio acts as a "service provider" or "processor" of Customer Data, processing information only per customer instructions. Customers remain the data controllers for their own personal information processed through the Aqurio platform.

2. Scope

This policy applies to current, former, and prospective customers; users of aqurio.com; users of the Aqurio platform including portals and APIs; event participants; and general contacts.

3. Collection of information

Aqurio collects information directly from individuals, from third parties, and automatically through website and platform usage. Data collected may include names, job titles, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, login credentials, location data, cookie identifiers, payment information, and health information processed on behalf of covered-entity customers under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Aqurio does not intentionally collect or process special categories of sensitive data on its marketing website, but acknowledges that such information may be inadvertently included if customers or users choose to provide it.

Children's privacy: Our services are not directed to users under 13. We delete any such information immediately upon discovery.

4. Use of information

• Deliver, maintain, and improve our website, platform, and customer support.
• Administer, operate, secure, and manage our services.
• Evaluate service performance and efficiency.
• Conduct business transactions including invoicing and collections.
• Detect and prevent fraud and security incidents.

5. Disclosure of information

Aqurio discloses information to:

• Service providers — third parties facilitating hosting, analytics, CRM, email delivery, customer support, and security, all under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Commercial transaction partners — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Government and law enforcement — when legally required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

6. International data transfers

Personal information collected outside the U.S. is transferred to and processed on U.S. servers and potentially other countries where our service providers operate. Aqurio implements additional adequacy measures where required under EU and UK data protection laws, including standard contractual clauses.

7. Security and retention

Aqurio employs commercially reasonable and industry-standard measures to secure personal information, including:

• Pseudonymization and encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Controls to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Incident detection and recovery capabilities.
• Regular security testing and assessments.

We retain personal information for no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. In general: account information is retained for seven years after account closure; support communications for three years. Longer retention may apply for legal, tax, or audit requirements. 8. Your choices

You may access, review, modify, or request deletion of personal information we process about you. Requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to the relevant customer (the data controller). To unsubscribe from marketing communications, email [email protected]. Non-promotional communications — service updates and security alerts — continue regardless of marketing opt-out.

9. Data subject rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access information about how your personal data is processed.
• Correct or request erasure of personal data.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.
• Port data to another controller where processing is based on consent or contract.
• Object to direct marketing or withdraw consent for future processing.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Aqurio uses cookies, web beacons, and log data to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and improve services. We use analytics tools including Google Analytics to understand platform performance and user engagement. IP addresses may be shared with analytics providers but names and contact details are not. 12. California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the following rights:

• Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, the business purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
• Right to delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to opt out — opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Aqurio may share Usage Data and Identifiers with third-party advertising networks as described above. Visit our do not sell or share page to opt out.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not treat you adversely for exercising your CCPA rights.
