Aqurio acts as a "service provider" or "processor" of Customer Data, processing information only per customer instructions. Customers remain the data controllers for their own personal information processed through the Aqurio platform.

This policy applies to current, former, and prospective customers; users of aqurio.com; users of the Aqurio platform including portals and APIs; event participants; and general contacts.
3. Collection of information
Aqurio collects information directly from individuals, from third parties, and automatically through website and platform usage. Data collected may include names, job titles, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, login credentials, location data, cookie identifiers, payment information, and health information processed on behalf of covered-entity customers under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Aqurio does not intentionally collect or process special categories of sensitive data on its marketing website, but acknowledges that such information may be inadvertently included if customers or users choose to provide it.
Children's privacy: Our services are not directed to users under 13. We delete any such information immediately upon discovery.

You may access, review, modify, or request deletion of personal information we process about you. Requests relating to Customer Data should be directed to the relevant customer (the data controller). 9. Data subject rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access information about how your personal data is processed.
- Correct or request erasure of personal data.

- Port data to another controller where processing is based on consent or contract.
